We met a lovely couple, with their golden retriever, who are running the London marathon on Sunday.
They kindly took a picture of Syd & I at the memorial to the 112 men who died in a mining disaster here.

It’s looking decidedly spring like out on the trail. I wonder, is there a reason why so many early wildflowers are white or yellow?
